Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Reaching Dreams. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

All items are printed to order. Product photographs are mockups made from the actual artwork; screens vary, so the printed colour may differ very slightly from what you see. Garment measurements are listed on the size guide and can vary by about half an inch, as these are cut and stitched.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Cash on delivery and prepaid payment are both accepted.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item cannot be produced, a price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to your pincode. If we cancel a paid order you get a full refund.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos and copy on this site belong to Reaching Dreams. You may not reproduce, print or resell them. Buying a tee gives you the tee, not the rights to the design on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access parts of it you have not been given access to.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
