Every order gets two emails. The first confirms we have it. The second, once it leaves our printer, carries your courier and tracking number.
Tracking your parcel
- Open the dispatch email — the subject line mentions your order number.
- Tap the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into your courier's site.
- Tracking usually goes live a few hours after dispatch. A number that shows nothing yet is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
No dispatch email yet?
Check your spam and Promotions folders first — that is where it usually is. Your tee is printed after you order it, so there is a production window before anything ships.
Tracking has not moved in days
Email admin@reachingdreams.in with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves. You should not have to.
