Sign in with the email you ordered with and every order, with its courier and tracking link, is right there. No password to remember — we email you a code.

How it works

1. Tap Track my order above, or the account icon in the header.
2. Enter the email address you used at checkout. We send a six-digit code — no password needed.
3. Open Orders. Each one shows its status, and once it ships, the courier and tracking link.

Use the same email you typed at checkout. A different address will open an empty account, because orders are matched by email.

Prefer the email?

Every order still gets two emails. The first confirms we have it. The second, once it leaves our printer, carries your courier and tracking number — tap the link in it, or copy the number into your courier's own site.

Tracking usually goes live a few hours after dispatch. A number that shows nothing yet is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

No dispatch email yet?

Check your spam and Promotions folders first — that is where it usually is. Your tee is printed after you order it, so there is a production window before anything ships. Signing in above tells you where the order stands without waiting for any email.

Tracking has not moved in days

Email admin@reachingdreams.in with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves. You should not have to.
